Madikwe Air is a joint venture partnership between Federal Air and Madikwe Charter.

Our service in a nutshell: We offer a world-class executive air shuttle service from Johannesburg to Madikwe. Departing daily from the Federal Air Executive Lounge at OR Tambo International Airport, the service is operated mainly with Cessna Grand Caravan Aircraft. All flights are undertaken by professional and highly experienced crew.

Passengers can be personally met from incoming domestic or international flights by one of our professional guest relations team members. Alternatively passengers can meet at the Federal Air Guest Welcome Booth located on ground level in the Multi-storey parkade and car rental hall or directly at the executive lounge.

Complimentary bar service, tea, coffee, as well as shower facilities are available at the executive lounge. Madikwe Air also offers complimentary on-site excess bag storage and secure open parking.

There is a direct on-line flight booking system available to the lodges.

Flight bookings do close 7 days prior to a flight.

Please Note – Important:

• Limited seats available and all flights subject to availability
• There is a landing fee of R150.00 per person, payable directly at the lodge.
• Full payment required within 48-hours, otherwise the flight booking will be released.
• Flight bookings close 7 days prior to a flight, subject to availability
• We highly recommend that you have Travel Insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances
• Luggage is restricted to standard soft size bags with no metal reinforcements of any kind and not weighing more than 20kg’s per passenger maximum

Inbound flights:
Domestic: 1.5 hours prior to shuttle departure
International: 2 hours prior to shuttle departure

Outbound flights:
Domestic: 2 hours from estimate shuttle arrival
International: 3 hours from estimate shuttle arrival

The carrier will not be held responsible for late arrivals.
